More Time Exploring
No one offers a more immersive polar experience. Weather permitting, we’ll have you off the ship and exploring twice daily, for an average of six hours each day. From kayaking to camping, from hiking on foot to soaring overhead, everything we offer will bring you more intimately engaged with these incredible polar environments.
A More Experienced Team
Our expedition staff return season after season, bringing with them an average of twelve years’ experience. So, you’ll explore with polar veterans who know the regions intimately and can adjust to weather and ice conditions without interruption, ensuring unforgettable moments day in and day out.
More Personalized Experience
We offer a range of expedition ships, from ultra-modern to classic expedition-style, providing a wide choice of cabins, features, and amenities to choose from. Our ships range in size from 80 guests to 178, and our guest-to-team ratio, between 7:1 and 8:1, ensures a small ship, highly attentive experience on board, on water, and on land.

Like any good guest, we believe in leaving the places we visit better for us having been there. That responsibility begins with one of the industry’s lowest carbon footprints, and extends to being highly engaged with the local communities we so depend on. A pioneering Citizen Science program, local scholarship programs, and cultural exchange with remote Inuit communities are some of the programs fundamental to our polar commitment.
